1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the mobile application Stock Tycoon (the "app") provided by the Stock Tycoon team ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The app is an idle management game about growing an investment firm's office: floor upgrades, IPOs (opening new cities), 90-second simulated trading rounds, hiring and collecting traders, check-in, missions and achievements. Progress is stored on your device and the app needs no sign-in.
3. A simulated market — not investment information
All stocks, prices and news in the game are fictional, made for the game, and unrelated to real companies or markets. The app does not offer real stock trading, investment advice or recommendations, and game results do not indicate real investment performance.
4. Free to play, ads and in-app products
The app is free and shows ads (Google AdMob). Ad content is supplied by advertisers and we do not endorse advertised products or services. In-app products such as remove ads, the VIP subscription, gem packs, the starter pack and the trader pack are bought through Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Paid products contain no randomness; hires decided by chance can only be made with in-game gems and free chances, and their odds are shown in the game.
VIP is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel it at any time in Google Play subscriptions, and the benefits continue until the end of the period already paid. Remove ads and VIP remove forced ads (banner, interstitial and exit-screen ads); rewarded ads stay optional (VIP gets rewards without watching an ad). In-game cash and gems cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other users.
5. Your responsibilities
You must not modify the app or obtain in-game items through abnormal means such as changing the device clock. In that case we may take back related benefits or limit support.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the app and its parts (characters, art, sound, code and marks) belong to us.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app. Progress stored on your device may be lost if you uninstall the app or reset the device; remove ads and the VIP subscription can be recovered with "Restore purchases".
8. Changes to and suspension of the service
We may add, change or discontinue features or the service.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will post them on this page with the effective date; continuing to use the app after that means you agree to the new terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over our location, except where mandatory laws of your location apply.
